Basic Policy In observance of the related laws and regulations, as well as the Articles of the Society, friendly activities will be carried out on the broad basis of the foundation, with participation of the citizens conducting through close relations and cooperation with the related organizations.
Policy for Activities In order to deepen the understanding and perception of politics, economics, security, history, culture, etc., of the Arab Gulf Regions, centering on the Sultanate of Oman, efforts shall be made to enhance and promote a positive and amicable relationship.
In particular, expansion and promotion of the mutual exchanges shall be taken into account.

In principle, the Civic Lecture will be held at the conference room of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Tokyo, once every other month (about 6 times a year).

A special lecture will be held at any time when government key officials and others are visiting Japan.
Lectures on the economical situations of the Gulf Regions.
A lecture on the economical situations of Gulf Regions will be held at a proper time of the month when the civic lecture will not be held.
Friendly Activities
Mutual exchanges in the fields of education, culture, sports and others.
Dialogue and a talk session with government key officials and others.
Discussions and a talk session with the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in Tokyo.
Amicable Friendly Activities
Participate in and cooperate with amicable friendly activities planned by the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Tokyo.
When finding it necessary to cooperate and participates in the friendly activities planned by the local autonomies and other related agencies, cooperate and participate in such activities.
Research and study for the expansion of the broad foundation of the activities
Conduct research and study to expand the broad foundation for the exchanges and friendly activities, etc.

Make efforts for improvement and enhancement of the activities by utilizing the website of the Society, by widely releasing the related information to the public, and through exchanges and dialogue with the public.
Make efforts for recruitment of new private and corporate members of the General Incorporated Association (GIA), and thereby improve and enhance the administrative foundation of the Society. Furthermore, widely recruit the corresponding members, who are currently non-members, and confirm their participation to establish a broad friendly network.
